The inlets aluminium right? I'd have to bodge in some aluminium welding wire in my mig.. Yeah doesn't look like it would help with flow having the egr passage there. The bung i'm runing on my tmic is made from an old screwdriver handle and some jubilees (it's poped off only the once :roll: )

Have you matched and opened the ports on the head too? I think Dave did this?[/quote]
