Thats got to of been a different special edition on say the mk4/5/6 escort
There can't of been that many people with proper mk1/2 mexicos who didn't know what they were worth and scrapped them. I cant believe a dealer would of taken one either with the price of any 3dr escort being at least £5k for some chassis numbers a pile of rust and a v5
