They do direct debit so they can make you pay a surcharge for it...
I just don't understand why people don't stick, for your example, £15 a month in a tin over the year, no surcharge and you have the right amount at the end of the year so don't have to 'find' it. Its what I did for car insurance when I was earning which saved me a hell of a lot by being able to pay it by the year rather than monthly. I do appreciate I didn't have extra bills etc then, but it still applies...
