Injectors missing seals?

Got my injectors out yesterday to re-seal them and only noticed the copper washer, no fire seal from what I can see and no plastic sleeve. Lines have been on for 35-40,000 miles and had no issues until this week where they started spitting around the seal.
Should I just replace the copper washer or would there be issues? |
