Its heavy WITH pas lol, let alone without, and yeah I probably do have skinny noodle arms. 
I'm sure its fine while driving, but slow manoeuvres and parking must be near impossible, I hated the lack of PAS on the 106 and that was on skinny 13s! But then I do like squeezing into parallel spaces where the car really doesn't fit and other people wont attempt so I dry steer a lot lol.
