Agreed - plus as a foreigner myself I just have no time for it. I've only lived here a couple of years and guess what - I can speak English well enough to explain to any one want I want/need!!! Lecturers on huge salaries who speak English so badly/with such a strong accent you can hardly follow them have to be the worst (in my books anyway)!!!
