The only difference is the 'L' spec non turbo diesel, they just used old phase 2 bumpers that had been hanging around in the factory for those lol.

so happy about that. How do I know if I have a twin optic stalk? It's a 1999 phase 2 so a late one with some phase 3 parts on it like boot lid and clear side repeaters. So will I have a twin optic stalk? I've heard some later phase 2s had them
