Craigsplates say they are, but there by the book and require v5 and ID to be posted...I really dont like the idea of that...posting v5's around is a pisstake at the best of times...

I've read up Darren and they are legal if they have the right marks on them....I'll stand corrected if anyone can prove otherwise Smile
