As in the title really.
Whip the seals off and re-seat them as you do for door seals?
My rear pop-out windows have a small leak in them which makes it damp under the rear seats, and occasionally a drop is visible on the outside of the trim but I think it runs down behind.
Secondly, my boot still gets a bit of water in despite VGC rear lights being put in which made it better but there's still a bit coming in. Might put a dab of vaseline on the rear light seals as well to help them squish down etc.
