another leaky sunroof
#1
I gave the 205 a quick pressure wash after being undercover ever since i owned it and as i feared, the sunroof doesnt keep water out.

it's one of those flip up ones so im pretty sure the seal is gone, i dont think these have drain tubes.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

1. take the glass out altogether and clean it spotless with soft cloths/kitchen roll

2. wipe all the crap off the roof seal then spray it with silicone spray.

3. refit and try again----DO NOT spray straight at the sides of the glass as a pressure washer will lift the seal from the glass and it will pour in !!

4. leak test with a hose pipe only, you are trying to simulate rain---not just trying to force seal to give way.

I did as the above and it doesnt leak as much... it waits till I go round a bend and then the flood gates open

Looks like im going to be sealing this shut forever
