Fog lights on when its not foggy.
Not using indicators, also braking to a near stop then indicating at the last minute.

Sat at lights texting lights change, they sit there until the last minute then give it a boot full.
Not using the thankyou wave/flash of lights when someone lets you through (taxi drivers mainly)
