check live feed and signal wire to starter...if both ok.
wack starter..if this doesnt work, replace starter...
if 12v feed but no signal, check fuses, battery and ignition and earths...
if no 12v feed or signal. check battery.
just attach the hdi battery with jumper cables and see what happens
