Personally wouldn't bother, the temperature the manifold will get to with the wrap on underneath is unbelievable, you put more heat load on the cylinder head, as the manifold acts like a massive heatsink.
Unless you've got _problems_ with underbonnet temperatures, I really would just leave it alone, apart from Rally situations and where people have mounted turbochargers etc in the engine bay, I've never seen it be of help, just contribute to cracking the absolute SHIT out of manifolds because they really aren't designed for the sort of temperatures you'll get with a wrapped mani.
