Declaring modifications

Tbh I can't fault Flux for my policy with regards to adding/removing mods. No admin fees etc there. But they didn't want to know what alloys I was swapping on, or what steering wheel or seats or anything like that??
And I'm still pissed off with them that they bumped up my policy by £250 for swapping to an identical car with identical modifications after my accident....

I declared everything that I was gonna do when I changed the car....theyre hardly gonna penalize you for declaring extra mods!

I'm sure I've heard it's just as bad to declare mods not on your car as to leave things undeclared. Thinking about it, I'm assuming it would be for fraud prevention, as you can say the car got nicked after putting £1,200 of alloys or whatever on it...
