Could be anything. Could just be a bad battery. Easiest way to tell, take the neg terminal off the battery and bridge the neg terminal on the battery and the neg lead with a multimeter set to amps and see what it reads when the car is not in use then start unplugging after market fitted things like stereo, amp etc and see what causes it to drop down substantially.
