Thanks tom, if it was just a straight swap, probably be done in a matter of hours, it just normally involves swapping pumps, heads, turbos over etc, thats the most time consuming part, and then sealing up water blocks etc etc. Actually putting an engine in dosent take that long, just a case of connecting everything up and driveshafts in. I have a small feeling that I dont think this block is gonna last too long though... my brain says more but deep down I know it should be backed off abit...
