Cheers man but i wanted brand new ones tbh. When you have a big chunky bit of metal spinning at 7k+, i want to make sure it doesn't break free. They make a bit of a mess when they do!

i wouldn't like to see how much i have spend on mine! to get to where it is now, and i still have jobs to do!

Its a right lady garden when you just get the car back together and try and iron any faults out, only to have to pull the car back to bits again, to replace the engine again! When that happened to me, i could have weighed the full fuckin lot in! My dad lost all heart too! He wouldn't even look at the car.

Mucho jealous Niall, this will be awesome due to the constant torque gain through the rev range Smile

So today was a day to get the bay tidied up and a few little bits done since the engine can't go in until tomorrow.
First and main job was to clean up the rust.

[attachment=13263]

[attachment=13264]

Then get it all painted, and clean everything up

[attachment=13265]

Anddd do the other side Smile
Also, de greased and jet washed the engine bay. It still needs some tidying but I'm not overly fussed as it will only get dirty again!

[attachment=13266]

Got everything bolted on to the engine except the gear box now because i don't have any bolts for my flywheel. Ill be down Peugeot tomorrow at 8:30 to pick those up, get the flywheel and clutch on, box on then drop the engine in by 11 with any chance.

Seeing as we had nothing better to do, we set about getting the IC in correctly. My original plan wasn't going to work as it would of fouled the headlight so i had to change my plan.

[attachment=13267]

[attachment=13268]

Need to get some new silicones which I'm hoping to get tomorrow. Oh and a final pic for today of the epic ride height at the moment lol
