306oc - Peugeot 306 Owners Club & Forum

Right after the 1.8 started to go downhill, I decided I needed a replacement. I'm genuinely sad to see the 1.8 go because I had so much fun with it but it got to the point where it was to costly to repair.

So here's the new 6!





It's on 73k, full service history, 4 owners and been looked after really well.
As said I loved the 1.8 so this will be getting most of the parts off of that to get it looking almost like the 1.8! Haha

fair play if it was that close and at an amount your happy to pay then its just what you needed

I think it was quite cheap tbh and he was a bit upset because I phoned his at 9am this morning and by 12 he had had 6 calls about it. He had 3 people after me looking at it.

Supercharge it tbh.

If I'm honest, I'm scared to leave Epsom! I shit my self when I get into the skoda every day at the thought of 'exploring new towns'

tbh it's good that you've got one to say you've done it, gti6 was always on my list of cars to own at some point in my life, but after 12 months or so you gradually get boreder of the pace and crave more. Well wear though sir

Put a panel filter in the airbox, no cone filter, add a rorty exhaust and job done. The intake noise is amazing on these engines as standard...

Right so we went to Curts yesterday after getting eds new car. Woke up at about 6 this morning and got cracking.

I got to swap my gti calipers for the ones off my 1.8 and my shocks and springs. New ride height is good but because there 1.8 springs, it wallows really badly in corners as ed will tell you from the drive home! Need to get some gti6 springs desperately.
Also fitted my stereo and swapped the freshly painted doors from the 1.8.


Oh and I realise the doors look like they are a different colour but there not. They are dirty and the car wasn't as dirty


And this is the state of the 1.8 I am getting properly sad about having to break this!
Oh and no comments on the pikey lash up for the clearly secure axle stands!

Might as well bolt the k&n on to see if you like it, mine had one when I got it and it sounded even more fantastic on cam.
