IMO you just cant avoid hanger lane getting to Ace Cafe without spending more time sitting in traffic trying to avoid it. I know the area quite well as i drive that way to work every day for 3 years


If you guys went A3 > south circ > north circ then I can imagine youve had a shitty journey. Id go A3 > M25 > M40

A406 coming from chiswick isn't too bad. You end up queuing but it moves fairly quickly.

The bit to meet the uxbridge road at ealing common can be pretty shit as can the last bit down to hanger lane.

After hanger lane its all good, 3 lanes and the speed limit goes up.
