And i want to go Turbo in low boost (0.5-0.7 bar)
And dont tell me to buy 6 because there are maybe 10 in my country ?
My setup is:
Turbo from Fiat dublo 1.9
106 rallye 1.3 intake mani
Volvo 850 injectors (315 cc) or GTI6 injectors
Fuel pressure regulator

Manual boost control
I want to turbo it without engine mangment because the hige price of it
Will it go fine?
Anyone dose thet before?
What injectors should i use the Volvo ones or the GTI6 ones?

It would certainly work, but reliability may not be the best. I know some people just wind up the fuel pressure to comensate

Cituning used to make a turbo kit for the same engine in a Saxon. You could look at how they did it.

fix the financial problems, any tuning is expensive, especially if you want it to work properly and last.
quickest way to more power is a 16v conversion, TU5J4 or JP4, that'll get you 110-120 BHP easily.
or an XUD9TE with mild stage 1 type mods will get you similar power, a bit of scrapyard scavenging will allow you to get a front mounted intercooler and push the turbo a bit harder.

wack a turbo on it, up the rail pressure, seen it done on saxo coupld of times they dont last long but TU blocks are peanuts and so easy to change
