Thank you all RE: Turbocharging - Dave - 27-08-2017 It would certainly work, but reliability may not be the best. I know some people just wind up the fuel pressure to comensate RE: Turbocharging - Dum-Dum - 27-08-2017 Cituning used to make a turbo kit for the same engine in a Saxon. You could look at how they did it. RE: Turbocharging - Eeyore - 29-08-2017 adam chafer has a turbod 206 with the 1.6 TU. His is managed though. RE: Turbocharging - fatlapit - 29-08-2017 Im pretty sure u need management RE: Turbocharging - LironTurbo - 29-08-2017 The manegment is not possible. Becouse of financel problems any solutions? RE: Turbocharging - welshpug - 29-08-2017 fix the financial problems, any tuning is expensive, especially if you want it to work properly and last. quickest way to more power is a 16v conversion, TU5J4 or JP4, that'll get you 110-120 BHP easily. or an XUD9TE with mild stage 1 type mods will get you similar power, a bit of scrapyard scavenging will allow you to get a front mounted intercooler and push the turbo a bit harder. RE: Turbocharging - mangler - 16-11-2017 have you managed to turbo iT? I also wish to turbo my 1.6 RE: Turbocharging - Dave - 14-01-2018 wack a turbo on it, up the rail pressure, seen it done on saxo coupld of times they dont last long but TU blocks are peanuts and so easy to change |
