rare motors now to see, not sure about the clio wiliams, as I don't know how many of those were built,
the 3 were racing prepped too, all 3 had some history too!

Also here is a little treat for you, I saw this and I automatically thought of my 306 buddies

got to say you lads with 205s are doing it all wrong!! the engine was in the rear, I did take a photo of the rear but it never turned out well sadly. Must have been built around the same time as the 6R4 was., as it looks like its from that era.

You are all metro. thats not even a williams lol

What that is, is a mk1 clio 1.8 16v cup car Smile  clio williams was 500 of each version (of which there were 3) with the williams 1&2 both being 449 sport blue while the williams 3 was 432 monaco blue. Williams 1 was the only non-sunroof version and is the most desirable and most sporting (lightest and stiffest)

Early GTis are very rare! Even a mk3 on a G plate isn't that common either! I have noticed that the Gti them selves now have hit the 1500 quid marker now. Sadly I don't think many survive, that are standard, or even survive now!
Most got bigger k series engines dropped in them and then broken up.
They are quick little f*ckers! 1.4 16vs in a car that weighs 850 kg! close to about a 100 bhp.  Mine is a handful to drive with me pushing about 160 bhp.  Still they are a right laugh to drive!

I tell you lads what I haven't seen for a while now, is a mk1 corsa, the model that replaced the Vauxhall nova. Looks like to me all the chavs have blew them all up or they have been nicked and had a barbeque with it afterwards.

i havent seen many mk1 and early mk2 clios, the fiestas of that era too, those have gone, the last generation of the ford escort, the early mondao, even the Granada has vanished too.
that's from my area,

A few around but trying to buy a decent D Turbo now is getting a bit tricky

saw a reliant scimitar, these were still about up till a few years ago and then they died out. One car I would have thought would have stayed about for a few more years.

Hi Procta, the little 205 with the engine in the boot just happens to be a T16 group B rally car and one of the bollsiest little rally cars ever made and is well likely worth more than the 3 little renaults all put together!
Here's a vid from YouTube of one of the 205 t16's going for £140.000

A good many years ago looking on autotrader I found an R reg 405 saloon which must have been one of the last registered as they stopped them in 1995 to start the 406 with the estates following a year or so later- a friend of mines dad had a P reg 405 estate.

no bother, the maxi and princess boys will take your hands off for them! if you get them for a cheap price. You will have to let down the suspension 1st, as if you go in and remove them, when the system still pumped up, you will hurt your self, as that's system nearly has well over 450 psi! in each side!

last mk1 cilo I saw was at croft, well the photos there,
before that your looking at 3 years, as the last one I saw, was a mate from schools who she had sold on to her cousin. She said it was knackered then, so that will be dead now. It was done up as a max power job.
