Halfrauds sell em. Or, IIRC, the T piece from washer jet pipes fits. Grab one next time you're in the scrappy, maybe worth a check?

6-4-6 would be best, you should ideally be using 4mm id for the gauge hose anyhow

Is using a t piece the easiest way on an xud or is there somewhere to drill and tap?

T piece has to be the easiest way. Takes 2 minutes to join t piece and run hose into car. HDI D'Turbo Daily Driver ---- XUD D'Turbo Project

Where to t into on these, i know on the hdi t-ing is a pig, but going to help fit a boost gauge on one of these soon.

you ahve the intercooler, then the best way is to T into the line that runs from the intercooler to the boost compensator on the pump./ that is most common anyhow Given the choice between Niall and the sheep. I would choose the sheep! /Toseland

Make sure you get a T-piece with anti-flutter in it. Nothing more annoying than a boost gauge that shakes more than harlem
