I'm planning a euro trip in 2 years time for my 30th (and because i wont of saved enough by next year and certain events wont be on)
Anyway I want to do a monster euro road trip running between 2 events, the bi-anual Monaco Historic Grand Prix and the first Gatebill of the year. This year they are 2 weeks apart. I was hoping in between these 2 events to do some of the passes over the alps (like the Stelvio Pass), do some sunbathing, revisit the beautiful swizerland, do a track day at Spa, have a few laps of the Nurburgring and max a car on the autobhan.

Would probably take a ferry out via Dover/Callis and come back from gatebill via Norway/Hull or Scotland to see my parents (and abuse some of the roads up there).

Probably talking about 5000 miles over 2-3 weeks but the trip of a lifetime. Haven't even decided if id take the rallye or the bus (yet)

I'm quite happy going on my own or with my bestie but was wondering if any of you fancied my sort of holiday.

I spent three months in Germany with admiral and they were fine with it. I had 90 days of European cover on the policy as standard. I had to pay something like 15 pounds for the extra week or two I stayed longer than 90 days which is fair enough.

So much Awesome.

Your insurance company will tell you if and for how long your covered. Breakdown cover with recovery home to the UK is hella expensive. I'd personally have contingency money for flying home, hiring a recovery truck and going to rescue the car like Jonny did last year.

f*ck knows how we didn't get thrown out!
About all I remember is being gay with Samass on the dance floor, Nikki forcing me to dance with her, and throwing my court suit jacket to the floor as I thought someone was starting on grant an I was game for a fight (I was incredible! Thrown to the floor and escorted out by Kim. Looking back, it was dead stupid haha)

Was this after I'd gone back to the hotel to puke and passed out? God you've bought back a bad memory, there was puke everywhere in that bathroom, I blocked the sink and shower with puke, it was f*cking grim all up the walls and over the floors. Shit was that the weekend I had to get someone else to drive my car to a meet the next afternoon?
