		Could use a phone? It's only like £8 for an adapter or £80 odd for a scangauge (unless i'm imagining them being that expensive?) so you could probably buy a cheap android device as well and still be cheaper total

		Before you buy that bud have a look at the tetrax magnetic phone holders, just got one for my pug and it's an excellent bit of kit for not a lot of money. No need to strap the phone in just hold it till the magnet takes hold
