So made good progress today. Got the wing off, finished undersealing the front arch: ![[Image: image_zpsc4b218e2.jpg]](http://i1117.photobucket.com/albums/k591/grant-306/image_zpsc4b218e2.jpg)
Also got the door and wing swapped. And a black bonnet badge

 ![[Image: image_zps5b7c9d87.jpg]](http://i1117.photobucket.com/albums/k591/grant-306/image_zps5b7c9d87.jpg)
Fitted a new door seal rubber as well, so hopefully will not have any more puddles in the footwell
Made a start on painting up the Baker gear linkages, and started stripping the '6 manifold ready for painting. Its all going this colour (not my parts below)

I took it off as I was fed up of driving everywhere in a multi colours car and people looking at me like i couldn't afford to fix a crash damaged car properly. I will wrap it one day (11-10-2013, 02:01 PM)Sian Wrote: What happened to your wrapped door? Scratch that i scrolled up haha!! Looks nice

So bit of a boring update:
When i got the replacement tailgate, whoever removed it decided it would be wise to chop the loom, so instead of trying to thread a new one in, I'm gonna run a +'ve and -'ve to the heated screen. I have no wiper so thats no issue. And for the rear brake light, i thought I'd try something different. Hopefully people would see it a bit better:

A bent ally bar with some mounting holes drilled.
 ![[Image: image_zps9dea27a7.jpg]](http://i1117.photobucket.com/albums/k591/grant-306/image_zps9dea27a7.jpg)
And some strip LED's
 ![[Image: image_zpsf9ac509e.jpg]](http://i1117.photobucket.com/albums/k591/grant-306/image_zpsf9ac509e.jpg)
Aaaaaaand thats as far as I got before i had a beer and got stuck tot eh sofa.... lol

But yes, i hope they are too lol

Fair point, i also still had the original high level light in place. I just had some red LED strips going spare, so wired them in with the brakes!

TBH I'm not a massive fan of the black bonnet. I need to do something with the roof to hide the lacquer peel though so may have to be doing that the same

Black roof and bonnet like you say might be a winner as it will break up the diablo or just black roof and diablo bonnet?

The idea of a rain light is it's low down, below the level of the majority of the spray, opposed to where the fog light is.
But... As I said...

So had a productive day today.
Fitted the standard lower engine mount-fork today. Fed up of the bootlid vibrating more than Katie Prices' handbag.

Fitted rose jointed drop links

Fitted new wishbones and hubs

Fitted lower brace

Ground out suspension turret for camber adjustment.

Undersealed passenger wheel arch

Roughly ground out
 ![[Image: image_zps4fd3dcb2.jpg]](http://i1117.photobucket.com/albums/k591/grant-306/image_zps4fd3dcb2.jpg)
