Hi, I want to take the bottom radiator hose off so I can flush out the old coolant but can't reach it. It looks like you have to take the front grill out to reach the wire clip holding it in the radiator. Is that how you get to it? I could probably reach the wire clip with pliers but don't know if I could get it together again. I tried the radiator drain plug but could only turn it 1/3 of a turn and nothing would come out. How much do you usually have to open it. I didn't want to put to much force on it incase I broke it. Thanks.

Get a new seal & Clip for it too, or they can be prone to leaking and popping off

Agreed with this. It happened to me

. The seal breaks down over time in there so as soon as you remove the pipe, it tears the seal to pieces (if there is even any of it left...mine was just an orange mush). Soon as i fitted the new rad, it was coming out just as fast as i was filling it up
