When I have more than 2 people in my car and I go over a speed bump I can hear a scrape sort of noise .. Any idea what it can be ??

If you're low it's most likely the exhaust, scraped on my last car and the current one. Or the front bumper if you go a little too quick over a bump :/

Don't think it's lowered .. Had the same problem on my 106 when I put some vtr alloys on .. When I went back to standard it stopped .. Got 15" cyclones on my 306

Put up a pic and we'll tell you.

Mine is 60mm at the back and as low as TA's will let me at the front, I run cyclones without any problems.
