		You'll need a few reducers 2.5 > 2.25 reducers, I'm sure the elbow is 2.25 but i can't remember the c5 pipe.
Are you going for OEM piping? You might need to grind the slam panel a little bit too. All good fun

I thought the elbow was 2.5 but I might b wrong! I'll let you no 2moro. You will need to cut the slam panel, makes its bit easier if anything!!
The c5 pipe goes from 38mm to 54mm so you need a 38-38 90° for turbo to c5. I used a 41mm bend cos the turbo was slightly bigger being a ko4.

Really? The bit of pipe that usually comes on the elbow, im running some 2.25 piping into that.
Also I used a 41mm to 45mm 90 degree legged bend off the Turbo onto c5.

Hmmm im tempted just to reduce both pipes at the cooler and work with 2.25 but it depends what I can get on the cheap!

Yeah mate im hoping to as much as possible, wanting it full on stealth, painting cooler black at the weekend. But as I say just depends what I can get on the cheap, want to get the whole lot done for under a ton.

Doesnt matter about the elbow cos im gonna use the c5/406 top pipe too.
If we could confirm measurements on the c5 pipe tho it would be epic!

Yeah kinda knew id end up cutting it tbh no biggie
Has anyone tried using the slimline fan from the c5?

Apparently its a custom one his mate had done at a rad place in rotherham. Looks pretty well put together tbh.

Hmm ill get it on one way or another!

So I need

406 inlet elbow
C5 bottom pipe
406 top pipe
38mm silicone 90° bend
Reducer from 57mm to 63mm (onto other end of c5 pipe)
2x 2.5mm 90° bends for round the rad

Then bodge from there?

		Why a 57-63 reducer? I used 180° metal bends.
IMO the more metal you can use the better as less chance of leaks with lots of silicone/joins.

One day I'll get mine all made from metal and welded up
