How's this for an idea Dan, reckon you could manage it? If I came down on a weekend early, and I mean setting off from Leeds about 2am and getting to yours probably around 7am, could you do a Bosch swap, cambelt, LDA, gov mod, injector refurb and tune in one day?

I'd imagine you'll have no worries Liam, we managed a complete HDi to XUD inc belt change, de-aircon & turbo change in 2 days, dan'll do yours easily in a day... let me know if you come down & i'll come over too

Should be fairly do able mate. Let me know when you'd want to come down and il make sure I'm free. Saturdays are usually better as everywhere is open if we need to get any extra parts, but I can do Sundays if that's better for you :-)

A Saturday should be fine mate, would have to be after xmas because I'm skint until then, just wanted to see if you could. I could probably do most of it myself but your prices are that cheap I wouldn't save much really. Are your prices parts included?
Yeah JJ I'll let you know, could maybe make a mini-meet of it?

Also just checked and Leeds to Norwich is only like 172 miles, thought it were like 250!

Hi Adam. Yeah that's fine. I should have a spare pin to grind and send out to you mid week if that's okay? £13 if you post your old pin back to me once you get the ground one or £20 if you just buy the ground one and keep your old one.
 Cheers, Dan.

		Hi dan,
I would pm but as i have not done 35 posts yet i cannot.

Last week my fuel pump had gone in my 306 so i bought one off ebay "reconditioned" it was the xud 110 i tried matching it to my old one. but i think the last 4 numbers were different carn exatly remeber right now. To look at it was missing one sort of cylinder at the front by the serial number on the new one i bought but it had a smaller cylinder on the back. but i fitted it anyway as i needed it for work, it started after a few mins of trying and was running but was very flat on top end revs the car pulled but when you get a little kick from the turbo that doesnt happen.

But now when at certain revs in gear the car makes a ticking sound every time i thought it could be drive shaft so i was going to replace but then one morining when i started it and it has its funny 5 mins of cold starting and missing as stuff i heard it then so i ruled out the driveshaft.

Then i was thinking tensioner, but i had my friend sit in the car an try to get the noise to happen on the clutch as it does some times but not all the time and it sounds to me if it was coming from the fuel pump area.

so i was hoping you could help and give me a price on a bosch conversion as i would like to run on chip fat anyway.

 Thanks in advance Luke

Very interested in a ground lda pin Dan. Unfortunately no access to pm until I have enough post's ! - that's the problem with using search function and reading rather than asking I guess!
Would like a pin as soon as you have chance though...

 Cheers Nick
