I thought you just had to pull. I have. very hard, and it won't budge?

Found the answer. Pull the plastic bit, not the actual leather gear knob.

Oh and MTFU. Lol.

Pull very hard but twist side to side and rock it back and forwards. Everyone hits themself in the face with it the first time they pull one off. Just gotta persevere
