Standard gti6 is 20mm
Xsara VTS and ph3 HDI estate are 21mm, so a firmer suspension upgrade for the occasional fast roader
22mm is 25% stiffer than a 21mm bar, so aimed at more track oriented cars, or people who like hardcore fast roading
23.5mm is the stiffest you can fit without removing the trailing arms. Peugeot Sport used this size for tarmac and gravel rallies. Much firmer back end that standard and for most people too uncomfortable/skittish for normal road driving. Would need good dampers too, an underdamped highly sprung rear end would lead to plenty of arse-out moments. My personal choice though as the estate is heavy at the back end and rather low.

Cheers for that reply very helpful. I can't decide between 22 and 23 so will most probably go inbetween the two!

Will the hybrid arb's come ready to fit, i.e. drilled and tapped? I've just read on a couple of forums that you have to do it yourself?

These ARB's are end tapped to M8 the same as OE spec. They wil lbe completely ready to fit.
22.5mm would be a good spring rate for fast road and occasional track tbh

Excellent, would you mind putting me down for 22.5 torsions and a hybrid arb? I'm on my phone and copy and pasting isn't easy! Could you also send payment details, I'll try and pay today but I have a feeling it may have to wait until payday.
