Refurbing injectors

4 Bosch injectors im looking to get refurbed.. Local place wants 20 an injector to do.. How is it done? Thanks

By refurbed do you just want them stripped, cleaned, put back together and calibrated? Or did you want new nozzles and needles too? We do both at my work, although I doubt we are very cheap - I could probably do them in my lunch break for a bit of money on the side though!

Need them tested dan just to see what they need! One of them wasnt working..

A strip and a clean with wire brush normally sorts mine out!

until the lucas depot closed in liverpool i always used to get mine done in the dinner time !!!!!!

I usually put them in a vice take them apart. Soak them in wd-40 them place the nozzles in a pot of derv.

Got them bench tested.. Cant remember what he said they needed.. In the region of 100 pound to do
