Are there any different master cylinders on the gti6? E.g is there some which are abs/non abs and are does it make a difference if I use a non abs one on my car?

I wasn't too sure that's why I asked. Ideally I will get one off a ph3 but if it comes off a ph1 it shouldn't make a difference should it?!

There are only 2 types of master cylinder... well Ive only found 2 part numbers on service box

knowing peugeot they changed the design ever so slightly on the later ph3's to suit the newer range of cars coming out at the time..

If you havent got GTi brakes mate, it will only make them worse

My Epenis is huge anyway  genuinely thought it might be different  and for some reason I still can't get my head round what rallyes have and don't have lol

Possibly, I still think rallyes don't have abs not sure why. Prob as they lack other things

Just looked on service box and realised two things. Firstly, f*ck spending 109 quid on a new one. Secondly, gti ones are 23.8mm apparently. I'm sure everyone uses 21mm ones don't they?!?
Oh and according to service box, they did do the gti in non abs.

HDi Dturbos and estates (I think the estates did anyway) had the bigger mc too

They don't improve the braking, you only need one if you go for bigger brakes, personally i wasnt gonna change the mc when i put my git callipers on, just have braided lines

rallyes dont have abs extra weight and if you were a true driver you wouldnt want abs getting in the way
