Basically I own a 306.. And it has suddenly hit me it has a hdi engine with phase 2 facelift.. Did they bring hdi out on the late phase 2? Slightly confused

It's pretty rare from what I've seen, they're usually phase three are the HDI
Phase 1 D-Turdo, K14@24 psi, De-cat, meaty backbox, Bosch pump, grinded LDA pin, duel air fed K&N =133.7bhp & 188ft/lbs

They bought them out on T plates which 'should' be full ph3 with a HDi engine. Yours is either a parts bin special (unlikely being a DTurbo trim!) or has had a front end bump and someone chucked the wrong bumper on.
There shouldn't be any 306s on a V plate with the ph2 bumper (except non turbo diesels).

Both my T plates were xud

Yeah you get both on T plates. T plate HDis were rubbish though, being the first they had quite a few issues from what I've seen.

My first hdi was a T plate. Phase 3 spec but without aircon. Best bit was it had a sunroof (without the typical rust)

yeh cant see if that is a V or a Y on the plate but i would suspect yours is a phase 3 with just a phase 2 front bumper.
