Oill filler Removal

i Need to replcae the rocker breather pipe that goes to the botom of the oil filler cannister. cant get it off fully as the pipe has all gone hard so i need to remove the filler unit to get good access is it baisically a remove all pipes and give it a good tug? then replace with a new oil seal ring?

I had a huge split in mine on my first car, Instead of fixing it i used a bit of copper pipe and 2 jubilee clips to fix it.

Lol that pipe, have phun but yeah the oil filler neck just pulls off gigidy
