What is the best way to store a Bosch pump to stop it rusting inside, how do I fill it with fuel, can i use veg to store it etc?

Drop it in diesel, rotate the pulley a few times?

Put the 'fuel in' line off your current running pump onto the spare pump, then squeeze the hand primer like 10 times and your done.

What dan said realy, fill it with grenade until it spils out the out bolt, then connect a pipe between the in / out bolts and bit of leakoff pipe with screw in the end to bung that
