Not just generic either.

They have opened an investigation into the matter, given me a file number and apologized and said it's not the only complaint about the new store!

But, they have moved all the pump numbers so they can be seen inside the shop, are looking into a different main sign to see the prices and have realised they fitted short pump hoses by mistake!

More changes to come they say! Smile

Erm, no, not really.

As said before, amazed I even got a reply. But its made me think more highly of them a little. They have changed things and listrned to their customers...not many companies do that!
