		Doing my wheel fitting training in work today, even though I have 5 years experience proven working in a garage..

We actually can't balance centreless wheels because we don't have the adapter lmfao.. 
But we take them next door to King David
 
The fitting training basically says,  
don't use any airtools for wheels [although its against Kwik Fit rules to use any airtools for anything] 
Wire Brush hubs 
Lifting with knees bent 
The 'Red List' 
Check wheel nut/bolt threads for damage and use the fitters journey

Red List is shit, the only cars I pay attention too on it is a Nissan Note and Renaults
