So my car is going for her MOT tomorrow morning. I know its going to fail on one or possibly both front wishbones and a rear fog light bulb but do you reckon it'll pass otherwise or fail spectacularly?

Will it fail so badly that I end up buying another car to get to work for Christmas?

NB if it fails on more than £600 of work the choice of cars is a mk2 Mondeo Si V6, A V reg GTi6 and a 206 HDi 3dr.

How well do you know the tester? :-P

Always fancied a go in a Mondeo V6... lovely sounding engine, and the ST200 is a peach.

I dont know the tester but its the garage poodle works at, I'm not expecting an easy pass.

I've been out in a ST200 in imperial blue with a few tweeks (like a mustang throttle body) and it was utterly rapid.

Let's not get fussy.

Anything RWD with a 2.0L+ is fine mate.

I have checked the lights/fluids/tyres and it has had a decent 6 beam fitted, springs, a full set of dampers, top mounts, new brakes fluid and braided lines all round since I've owned it and 2 tyres very recently but I just don't trust a quarter million mile £500 shit box to pass.
