		when tilting the engine forward i am aware i need to put a jack under the engine and undo the top mount.
is there anything else i need to be aware of? i.e removing certain pipes ect i dont want to crush something.

		Jack engine to remove pressure, remove top mount bracket. Done.
Some say its good to put some padding on the jack face to protect the sump but I've never bothered

		Steel sump I never bother. Might need to undo exhaust depending how far forward your going

		Yeah mate just use a block of wood wedged between the head and the bulkhead to hold it in place. There is a cut out in the chassis which is where I usually wedge it. As for the sump just jack it right on the corner if you don't have a block of wood as that is it's strongest point.
