Front wiper motor peugeot 306 and xsara

The front wiper motor on a peugeot 306 and xsara are they the same?

I know the connection plug different on the xsara but the motor its self the same or not?

Then there the Peugeot 406 which has the same connection plug?

motors are quite universal I believe, plugs may differ though
