Rear lights phase 1 to phase 3

So I want to change my phase 1 rear light to phase 3 rear lights but the plugs and the wiring is different has anyone got any pictures of how they have wired it up so I can copy wire to wire

I have a set of phase 3 lights with Lexus looms. Will plug right into the phase 1 loom.
