So I want to change my phase 1 rear light to phase 3 rear lights but the plugs and the wiring is different has anyone got any pictures of how they have wired it up so I can copy wire to wire

That guide isn't complete, you get most of the rear light functions but no reverse, fogs or properly functioning indicators iirc.

I did re-design it and did a hand drawn diagram that solved these issues but I can't remember for the life of me where I put it :-\

I have a set of phase 3 lights with Lexus looms. Will plug right into the phase 1 loom.
