Or fill a 25L container with pump diesel and filter it before putting it in your tank. The standard filter is very fine, as said it's 5 Micron.

Shame after all the effort you put in, 205s are awesome though :D Stick the HDi in the 205 it would be an absolute beast.

No probs :D I don't know what the procedure is for fitting the manual idler but I guess half way on it's adjustment????

I think the bolt on the black idler is a 16mm.

It should have a spring loaded tensioner which you use a double spanner trick from the wheel arch to move it.

The WI kit didn't come with a pressure switch in the end so I'm considering controlling it with the ECU. Needs to do some research first :)

Found and fixed the problem, O/S front bearing was totally shot. It had only been on 10 months so I assumed it would be ok plus the noise sounded like it was coming from t'other side. Lesson for me is...
