What crank pulley are you running?
Sounds as if the belt your using is too short, using a 1185 on mine with no issues.

| I have a 306 his and had air con pump removed and pulley so fitted a 6pk 1165 I think it was and they keep burning out and snapping help sick need car for work .. |

Stage 2
And the clutch started slipping on boost
I have a gti6 flywheel so got the dturbo clutch
Whats the best one stage 2 or stage 3 or what make ??

If i get a boost controller
