Right got a massive issue with my bosch and cant get hold of ruan so...

My bosch wont pump fuel . when cranked over it wont pump any fuel through the injecter lines, iv taken the lines off and there is the slightest dribble from where the lines meet the pump.

Now iv taken the Stop solinoid plunger out as advised by ruan , still the tinyest dribble, so iv taken the stop solinoid out completly and when cranked over fuel comes out the solinoid housing? WTF is going on with this pump???
Are there any chips or bits of bacon stuck in the fuel lines?

Sorry for not being helpful...
Is it standard or 11mm?
i believe it is a standard pump Smile
Its 9mm . Iv got the lines off completly and still nothing. Yet getting fuel from the solinoid housing
Delivery valves seized? Do u get it out of the holes if you take them out?
Sorry what? Lol . Out of what holes?
Where the fuel lines attach to the pump, if you take the bits off where the lines bolt onto? Get me?
Hammer.
Took it all apart valves are all good and free. Turned it over again. Still nothing
How far did you take it all apart?
Take what apart? The injecter valve bits? Or the pump? Iv not had the pump apart fully but thats not to say it hasnt been before i got it
Wonder if a seal etcs gone and there's no enough pressure, or vane pumps seized.. Mine did a similar thing but the shaft inside snapped and was only squirting like a little kid..
Just seems strange that it gets as far as the solinoid but wont go any further , this is doing my fecking head in now
Not pumping enough by sounds.. Do you get it out of the holes delivery valves go into if u remove them?
It wouldnt be that someone has wound the max fuel screw right out would it?
Possibly
Anyone got a pic that shows the max fuel in OE possion?
Give it a full turn and then see if it pumps fuel, if it does, tighten up the unions and then try and start, just be ready on the clutch in 5th just in case..
Dosnt look like its wond out
That's still got the security seal on so fueling hasn't been touched
I take it you have the wire attached to the solenoid? As there's no wire in that picture..
Iv took the internals out of the solinoid so effectivly its dosnt have one atm
You done a Lucas to conversion?
Yeah iv taken the lucus off n put a bosch on
You put all the pipes on in the right place? Easy mistake to make
Well im getting fuel right up to the stop so all the fuel in is right. What could i get the wrong way to couse this?
Ahh didn't read that bit, is it pissing out or still dribbling out?
Got the tinest dripple from the injector line ports
Shame I'm so far away i would come and lend a hand

You slackened the fuel banjo off at the back of the pump to see if diesel is getting in?

Have you used a Bosch bracket
