Coal on idle?? I left my Bosch at standard 1.9 fueling and was fine yer Smokey but not over the top, turned it down quarter of a turn and now hardly smokes at all just slight haze in people's lights behind me at night. The only down side to fitting the Bosch is my mpg's have gone down probably getting around 45mpg now compared to 56 when I was on standard lucus.

Pump is completely standard apart from Fuel being turned down the tiny bit, (apart from all the grinding bits off lol)

Was thinking about gov mod but don't wanna do that till I got a rev gauge cos knowing me it will live at 6,000rpm

Plan is standard gti suspension, be around 15/20mm

and all the plastics need 'back to blacking'!

Remember that the pump I fist put on came straight of a stage 1 dt, and at any rate, didn't have "issues", just had to wind the screw back in.

FYI standard 106 bosch is an 8mm head

A fair bit, mainly the bracket on the head, hat was a lot of chopping to get it to fit on the block, and then to miss the rad. And the slam panel. Few pictures n my instagram and project thread
