I've got 7.5j at et 40 but 16". I've got stretch tyres and had to have rear arch work.

Hope this helps!

Yea it goes up. My wheels are et20 but I've put 20mm spaces on the rear for better fitment.

Offset goes down with spacers doesnt it? Would want 20mm spacers behind et40 to get it to fit i thought.

This a hard one to explain . If its an Et 40 your going to need atleast a 25mm spacer to get it down to an ET15 (cyclones =ET15) but tbh if its an aftermarket wheel id want a ET 10 there for needing a 30mm spacer.

Just to give you an idea. Iv ran 15mm spacers on cyclons on the rear (which makes it a ET 0) and it was only just and just catching

TOM LUM. If your wheels are ET20 and your running a 20mm spacer. All together you are running at ET-0 Big Grin

For example: Cspellow's wheels are a ET-0 ge has added 20mm spacers so now he is running at ET MINUS -20

Cyclones are ET19 so you would need 21mm spacers to bring them to the same offset.

Why do you need to change the stud pattern?
Pugs are 4x108??

Yes Tom has got confused in his first post.

I have 16' et20 borbet A's. I am running 20mm spacers, which gives you ET0.

I run bigger brakes than standard, my borbets don't even have enough room for a finger tip between the alloys and wheels.

If your running standard brakes, you ET40 alloys should fit with 20mm spacers. But it might be worth going to 25mm spacers as it kind of depends on the wheel design also.

Clones are ET18 ent they? and i dunno why i always round to 15 lol, but if you buy and aftermark wheels on a sight where it asks for your car they all ways suggest wheels at ET15 for a 306
