All the wiring parts for the engine

alternator,
starter motor and solenoid,
ground cable,
oil pressure switch,
temperature gauge sender,
thermo switch,
fuel stop solenoid,
glow plugs.

Just swap the looms would surely be the best option.

IIRC from doing JJ063s car just unscrew the 2 XUD loom plugs from the lower n/s chassis leg at the front and plug them into the same place on the HDi and it works.

Dan! or Toms306 will explain it better.

Swap the looms over at the n/s chassis leg, swap the in tank pumps, clocks you can keep but won't have revs. Swap them if its an issue

Use the DT rad/pipe work too.

Ph3 HDi clocks get the signal from the ecu, its generated by the ecu, not from the crank sensor since the HDi uses a different crank sensor...

Everything is basically the same although I've heard of people having issues with heeater plugs! The way around this is installing a switch for your heater plugs. Bestt to use a buutton so you dontt forget to switch them off!
